#1 場地 | SITE
東澄村位于浙江省紹興市上虞區最高峰覆卮山的核心景觀區域，這里是典型的亞熱帶季風性濕潤氣候?，F有農戶69戶，人口194
人。全村地域面積7000平方米，山林3200畝，耕地460畝，農作物150畝。東澄村先后榮獲浙江省美麗宜居示范村，浙江省綠化
示范村、歷史文化村落，AAAA級旅游景區，紹興市文明村，被列入首批“省級休閑旅游示范村”創建名單。
Dongcheng Village is located in the core landscape area of Fuzhi Mountain,the highest peak in Shangyu District,Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Province,
which has a typical subtropical monsoon humid climate.There are 69 rural households with a population of 194 people.The village covers an area
of 7,000 square meters,including 3,200 acres of mountain forests,460 acres of cultivated land and 150 acres of crops.Dongcheng Village has been
awarded the Zhejiang Province beautiful livable demonstration village,Zhejiang Province green demonstration village,historical and cultural village,
AAAA level tourist scenic spot,Shaoxing City Wenming Village,was included in the first batch of "province leisure tourism demonstration village"
creation list.

擴展平臺底部離地面2米左右，以防止雨水積存和潮濕，并且適應嶺南地區多雨、濕熱的氣候特點。同時，這樣的設計也能有效預防昆蟲和動物
的侵擾。
The bottom of the expansion platform is about 2 meters above the ground to prevent rainwater accumulation and moisture,and to adapt to
the rainy and hot climate characteristics of Lingnan region.At the same time,such a design can effectively prevent insect and animal infestation.
團隊記錄下難得一見的冬季雪景。皚皚白雪覆蓋著整個山野，將大地裝點得銀裝素裹。室外休閑平臺或是個堆雪人的好場所，倚窗眺望，呼吸
空山靈秀之氣息，安享都市奢侈的寧靜。
The team recorded a rare winter snow scene.The mountains were covered with white snow,and the ground was covered with white.The outdoor
leisure platform is a good place to make a snowman,leaning against the window to look out,breathe the beautiful atmosphere of the empty
moutain,and enjoy the tranquility of urban luxury.

在這里可以欣賞千年嶺南梯田，古村畫卷。凝視著遙遠古老的冰川石浪，遙想未來，聆聽曾經的訴說。遠眺山村，陽光如綢帶般傾瀉而下，
宛如一幅神秘的人間仙境。
Here you can enjoy the millennium Lingnan terraces,ancient village picture scroll,Gazing at the distant ancient glacial stone waves，thinking
about the future,listening to the past.Overlooking the mountain village,the sun pours down like silk.like a mysterious fairyland on earth.

拓寬入口，提高通行的便利性和安全性。增設露天公共空間，呈階梯狀的平臺與當地自然特色——梯田景觀相輝映。

the terraced landscape,a natural feature of the area.

入口是民宿給人的第一印象，因此起著至關重要的作用。改造前：入口土石磚瓦雜亂，影響通行，斜坡坡度不合理，甚至存在安全隱患。改造后：
就地取材當地的毛石砌成片墻，將斜坡改為平整的階梯，鋪設了路肩并種植了一定寬度的綠植帶，提高了人行安全性和美觀度。
The entrance is the first impression a homestay makes and therefore plays a vital role.Before the transformation:the entrance is messy,affecting
the passage,the slope is unreasonable,and even there are security risks.After the renovation:the local materials are used to build a piece of wall,
the slope is changed into a flat ladder,the road shoulder is laid and a certain width of green belt is planted to improve the safety and beauty of
pedestrians.

為盡量減少對本案自然環境的影響，經過細致的調研后，合理安排了休閑平臺的階梯尺度，并保留下本案土生土長的原住民——樹植。
俗話說：“前人栽樹，后人乘涼。“老祖宗的遺產不能丟棄，成為天然的綠蔭平臺。
In order to minimize the impact on the natural environment of the case,after careful investigation,the ladder scale of the leisure platform
was reasonably arranged,and the indigenous people of the case-tree planting was retained.As the saying goes,"One generation plants trees
so that the next generation can enjoy the shade."The heritage of the ancestors cannot be discarded and become a natural green platform.
座椅空間與平臺融為一體，每層平臺高差均為一個座椅的高度，邊緣可供人們就坐，增加了停留休息的空間。
The seat space is integrated with the platform,and the height of a seat,and the edge can be used for people to sit,increasing the space for
staying and resting.
休閑平臺具有極高的利用率，并且適應場景化服務。白天可以作為休閑瑜伽、餐飲、會議等場景；夜晚亦可投入卡拉OK、露天
影院等場景。
The leisure platform has extremely high utilization and ADAPTS to scenario-based services.During the day,it can be used as a leisure yoga,dining,
meeting and other scenes;At night,you can also enter karaoke,outdoor theater and other scenes.

走出庭院，縱身躍入緊鄰房子的室外無邊界泳池。眼前盡收蒼山、綠林、飛鳥和舒云的美景，倒映在泳池之中。這樣的視覺感受能夠激發人們對
空間的好奇心和期待感。

clouds is reflected in the swimming pool.This visual experience can stimulate people's curiosity and sense of anticipation for the space.

項目優勢：
1.場地位于山中村莊內，當地生態物種豐富，場地監造植物種植皆可就地取材。
2.場地豎向尺度變化比較大，景觀視線優良，景觀可設計空間層次多，趣味性增加。
3.場地內現有幾棵古樹，可以加以利用成為設計亮點。
4.場地處在千年梯田之上，西側有茂密的竹林，東側是東澄村的大皇廟，自然景觀與人文景觀豐富，環境優美。
Project advantages:
1.The site is located in the mountain village,the local ecological species are rich,and the site can be constructed and planted with local materials.
2.The vertial scale of the site changes greatly,the landscape line of sight is good,the landscape can be designed with many spatial levels,and the interest
is increased.
3.There are several old trees in the site,which can be used as design highlights.
4.The site is located on the millennium terraces,with dense bamboo forests on the west side and the Great imperial Temple of Dongcheng Village on the
east side.The natural and cultural landscape is rich and the environment is beautiful.
項目劣勢：
1.場地高差過大，會給施工加大難度，建造成本增加。
2.由于村莊本身完全對外開放，旅游旺季時對場地的維護會產生影響，可能會發生外來游客和民宿游客的動線沖突。
3.現場景觀群落較復雜。大多數為農作物，缺少觀賞性植物。
4.喬灌木都以落葉為主，春夏兩季有景觀可觀，秋冬季缺少色葉樹種。
Project disadvantages:
1.If the height difference of the site is too large,the construction will be more difficult and the construction cost will increase.
2.Since the village itself is completely open to the outside world,the maintenance of the site will be affected during the tourist season,and there may be
conflicts between foreign tourists and B&B tourists.
3.The site landscape community is complex,most of them are crops,and there is a lack of ornamental plants.
4.The trees and shrub s are mainly deciduous,with considerable scenery in spring and summer,and lack of color leaf trees in autumn and winter.

The vertical scale of the site varies greatly,which provides a variety of possibilities for landscape design,Setting different types of landscape
