項(xiàng)目地點(diǎn)、景觀面積：寧波市2號(hào)線、5號(hào)線三官堂地鐵站直通，小型商業(yè)綜合體及住宅公寓；景觀設(shè)計(jì)面積12453平方米
建筑&景觀設(shè)計(jì)合作：項(xiàng)目由泰國(guó)THE COMMONS設(shè)計(jì)方Department of ARCHITECTURE提出總體項(xiàng)目定位及概念設(shè)計(jì)、創(chuàng)浦景觀承擔(dān)景觀設(shè)計(jì)，共同賦予了三官堂項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新能量。
項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃定位與愿景：設(shè)計(jì)意向：開放、年輕、室內(nèi)外空間交融的時(shí)尚地標(biāo)；為小型TOD商業(yè)項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)造新穎的環(huán)境體驗(yàn)；吸引國(guó)際媒體和公眾關(guān)注的獨(dú)特標(biāo)致性建筑；鼓勵(lì)露天
（無(wú)空調(diào)）活動(dòng)（耗電少、可持續(xù)和環(huán)保）；打造一個(gè)為居民、附近的辦公人員及設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)的大學(xué)生等專屬的“創(chuàng)意中心”。

項(xiàng)目基地位于寧波市江北區(qū)，東、北至浙江紡織服裝職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院，西至明海大道，南至風(fēng)華路，地塊總用地面積為12089平方米。軌道5號(hào)線和2號(hào)線均在基地設(shè)有出入口，地
理位置佳。
The project base is located in Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, east and north to Zhejiang Fashion Institute of Technology, west to Minghai Avenue, south to Fenghua Road, with a total land
area of 12,089 square metres. Railway Line 5 and Line 2 both have entrances and exits at the base,the location is good.

創(chuàng)造力社區(qū) THE FORUM
「THE FORUM」代表著開放性與思想創(chuàng)意的場(chǎng)所，至于現(xiàn)今時(shí)空環(huán)境的全新詮釋，是本項(xiàng)目建筑規(guī)劃提出的大膽概念。螢集·三官堂（繽虹里的商業(yè)部分）
以TOD交通樞紐為資源特色，著力打造充滿能量的創(chuàng)造力社區(qū)、文藝青年聚集地和知名的網(wǎng)紅商業(yè)片區(qū)，為年輕族群與居民社交提供更多的開放空間。
遵循「創(chuàng)造力社區(qū)」之項(xiàng)目核心定位，景觀設(shè)計(jì)原則以：創(chuàng)意、多樣性、彈性、持續(xù)的活力、自然主義新體驗(yàn)、文藝范、激活與串聯(lián)，這七大屬性定義創(chuàng)造
力社區(qū)的特質(zhì)，并加以落實(shí)于設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中。
「THE FORUM」 represents a place of openness and creativity, and a new interpretation of the current spatial and temporal environment is a bold concept put forward in the architectural
planning of this project. With the TOD transportation hub as its resource feature, the project aims to create a creative community full of energy, a gathering place for artistic and literary youths,
and a famous commercial area, providing more open space for young people and residents to socialize.
Following the core positioning of「Creative Community」, the landscape design principles are based on the following seven attributes: creativity, diversity, resilience, sustained vitality, naturalistic
experience, art and culture, activation and connectivity, which define the characteristics of a creative community and are implemented in the design.
多樣性：針對(duì)不同的使用者，提供不同的功能設(shè)計(jì)，滿足就不同年齡層的需求；
彈性：彈性+機(jī)動(dòng)性的空間、靈活性的組合；提升場(chǎng)地的適應(yīng)性去適配基本日常功能以及不同尺度的活動(dòng)和節(jié)慶；
持續(xù)的活力：高調(diào)性活力型社區(qū)商業(yè)，網(wǎng)紅打卡不僅局限在物理形態(tài)和空間上，季節(jié)性活動(dòng)在激活場(chǎng)地、帶來(lái)人氣流量的同時(shí)，可以持續(xù)在所在地區(qū)創(chuàng)造
熱度和話題性；
自然主義新體驗(yàn)：提倡景觀都市主義、促進(jìn)社區(qū)商業(yè)的綠色體驗(yàn)和綠色生活方式；
文藝范：打造傾向文青文藝范的空間場(chǎng)所；
激活與串聯(lián)：激活與串聯(lián)社區(qū)、創(chuàng)造一個(gè)共生共榮的生態(tài)圈，朝向永續(xù)發(fā)展的創(chuàng)造力社區(qū)前進(jìn)。
景觀設(shè)計(jì)呼應(yīng)建筑設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言，以網(wǎng)格和方框作為設(shè)計(jì)靈感。由地面鋪裝、景觀家具小品至豎向元素，設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言高度統(tǒng)一一致，與建筑整體風(fēng)格相匹配，凸顯
場(chǎng)地和極致幾何美學(xué)。
The landscape design echoes the language of the architectural design, using grids and boxes as inspiration. The design language is highly unified and consistent from the ground paving,
landscape furniture and vertical elements, matching the overall style of the building, highlighting the site and the ultimate geometric aesthetics.

The semi-indoor theatre space, combined with the extended outdoor terrace and casual swing space, together with the natural planting in the atrium and the trees on the borders, creates a casual and
comfortable place for public exchanges, which is the core of the creative inspiration for the future mall.
深色底界面襯托建筑整體白色框架，在室內(nèi)有限空間中用綠化創(chuàng)造較大的綠視率，使整體外觀既莊重典雅，又不失現(xiàn)代感。疊級(jí)平臺(tái)提供趣味性的空間體驗(yàn)，中心開放空間可作
為各類展演活動(dòng)使用。
THE FORUM核心空間由室內(nèi)往室外延伸，于設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言和功能上最大化統(tǒng)一和模糊室內(nèi)外空間的界線，形成項(xiàng)目景觀和建筑一致的氣質(zhì)。主廣場(chǎng)地面網(wǎng)格漸變鋪裝從中庭空間向
四周發(fā)散，形成一定視覺沖擊力與引導(dǎo)作用。
The core space of THE FORUM extends from indoor to outdoor, maximising the unity and blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces in terms of design language and
functionality, and forming a coherent aura of the project's landscape and architecture.The main plaza ground grid gradient pavement from the atrium space to the surrounding dispersion,
forming a certain visual impact and guidance.

西側(cè)廣場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)了網(wǎng)紅打卡動(dòng)感光廊、聲光藝術(shù)裝置logo墻，以及極具設(shè)計(jì)感的廣場(chǎng)邊界座椅，吸引著年輕潮人前來(lái)拍照打卡、觀摩T臺(tái)秀表演。
The west side plaza is designed with a dynamic light gallery for Netflix carding, sound and light art installations, as well as highly designed plaza boundary seating, attracting young hipsters
to come to take photos and observe the runway show performances.

廣場(chǎng)互動(dòng)裝置：光影隧道為主題的網(wǎng)紅IP，具有聲光電互動(dòng)效果并與建筑設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格及色彩相契合，是項(xiàng)目打卡熱點(diǎn)。T臺(tái)秀場(chǎng)可以與互動(dòng)光影隧道結(jié)合，打造獨(dú)一無(wú)二的秀場(chǎng)展演體驗(yàn)。
Plaza Interactive Installation: Light and shadow tunnel as the theme of the project's IP, with sound effects and architectural design style, is the hot spot of the project. runway show can be
combined with the interactive light and shadow tunnel to create a unique show experience.

南側(cè)商業(yè)外街的業(yè)態(tài)以咖啡店、面包烘焙店為主，搭配上餐飲外擺和舒適的林下休憩空間。
餐飲露臺(tái)為The Forum空間的延伸，提供餐飲店舒適的室外用餐空間，以柔軟的綠植包圍，其中的平臺(tái)猶如被綠海簇?fù)淼膷u嶼，形成舒適的微氣候，讓空間能留得住人、
The Dining Terrace is an extension of The Forum space, providing a cosy outdoor dining space for food and beverage outlets. Surrounded by soft greenery, the terrace therein is like an island
surrounded by a sea of greenery, creating a cosy microclimate that allows the space to retain people and make them stay.

停車空間結(jié)合林蔭種植，打造成景觀化的停車區(qū)域。連接各個(gè)換乘出入口的人行空間以特殊鋪裝界定與提示，確保人行安全性。
The parking space is combined with shade planting to create a landscaped parking area.The pedestrian spaces connecting the various transfer entrances
and exits are defined and signaled by special paving to ensure pedestrian safety.
夜間結(jié)合一側(cè)高桿投影燈與頂面懸掛星星點(diǎn)燈，可轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭屑蚋黝惿虡I(yè)活動(dòng)舉辦場(chǎng)所，亦可作為各類臨時(shí)展覽、學(xué)生創(chuàng)作的展示天地，充分展現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目“創(chuàng)造力社區(qū)“之特質(zhì)
與氛圍。
At night,with the combination of the high-pole projectiion lights on one side and star lights hanging on the top, it can be transformed into a place for organizing
bazaars or various commercial activities,and can also be used as a place for various temporary exhibitions and students ' creations,which fully demonstrates
the characteristics and atmosphere of the projects's "creative community".
▼ 通道花園 丨 Access garden
通道空間結(jié)合抬高花池局部規(guī)劃休憩空間，提供住戶優(yōu)質(zhì)的歸家路線與公共空間，移動(dòng)式門框界定住宅與商業(yè)使用界面。住宅自行車規(guī)劃獨(dú)立的動(dòng)線。整體標(biāo)識(shí)系統(tǒng)色彩呼應(yīng)建
筑立面彩色玻璃之概念。
The passage space is combined with the raised planter for resting spaces, providing residents with quality routes home and public space, and the mobile door frame defines the interface
between residential and commercial use. Residential bicycles are planned to be independent of the moving line. The color of the overall signage system echoes the concept of stained
glass on the building façade.
住戶可以通過(guò)趣味自然的大臺(tái)階進(jìn)入屋頂花園，大臺(tái)階由自然式的斜坡種植和休憩平臺(tái)組成，讓住戶歸家的路上都充滿驚喜與趣味。
Residents can access the roof garden through a fun and natural grand staircase, which consists of naturalistic sloping planting and sitting platforms, making the journey home full of surprises
and fun.

三層公共屋頂花園與地鐵換乘空間連動(dòng)與商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)（文創(chuàng)店）緊密結(jié)合，提供一處可賞四季之景又可靈活舉辦各類展演活動(dòng)、市集的藝文花園空間。造型時(shí)尚的咖啡亭提供花園
平臺(tái)的輕餐飲服務(wù)，市集攤位可靈活移動(dòng)與收納，便于不同活動(dòng)需求使用；花香、茶香與咖啡香，小咖啡吧融入花園中，于視覺與環(huán)境感知都是沉浸式的舒心體驗(yàn)。
The three-storey public roof garden is linked to the underground interchange space and closely integrated with commercial businesses (cultural and creative shops), providing an arts and
cultural garden space where one can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons and flexibly organise various kinds of performances and bazaars. The stylish coffee kiosks provide light catering
services on the garden platform,and the bazaar stalls can be moved and stored flexibly, making it easy to use for different activities; the aroma of flowers, tea and coffee, and the integration
of the small coffee bar into the garden are both visually and environmentally immersive and comforting experiences.

四層屋頂是專屬于社區(qū)居民的空中花園，以舒適溫馨感的室外空間打造為主，動(dòng)線簡(jiǎn)易便利，每棟住宅入口皆有景可賞、有空間可休憩，居間還有大的開放空間供居民閑暇活動(dòng)
使用。
The fourth roof is a sky garden exclusively for the residents of the neighbourhood. focus on the creation of comfortable and cozy outdoor spaces, with simple and convenient circulation routes,
scenic views at the entrances of each residence, space for relaxation, and large open spaces in the interiors for the residents to spend their leisure time and activities.
大草坪與端景座階看臺(tái)在白天可以享受親子共娛的快樂，夜晚可以陪伴家人在這里享受文藝的露天電影，營(yíng)造幸福感滿滿的社區(qū)環(huán)境。
各層住宅入口在鋪裝和景觀私密性設(shè)計(jì)上進(jìn)行了精心考量，選用更多的精致花草和觀賞性喬木，打造私密自然的居住環(huán)境。
Residential entrances on all levels have been carefully considered in terms of paving and landscape privacy design,with more delicate flowers and ornamental trees used to create a
private and natural living environment.

設(shè)計(jì)、滿足不同年齡層使用者的需求，讓來(lái)訪的人都能尋得自我的所需與歸屬。另外，景觀設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用彈性+機(jī)動(dòng)性的空間布局、靈活性的軟裝外擺組合，進(jìn)而提升場(chǎng)地的適應(yīng)性去
適配基本日常功能以及不同尺度的活動(dòng)和節(jié)慶，讓項(xiàng)目在未來(lái)有無(wú)限可能性，讓精彩日日于螢集·三官堂(繽虹里)上演。
本項(xiàng)目由泰國(guó)THE COMMONS設(shè)計(jì)方Department of ARCHITURE承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目建筑設(shè)計(jì)，與T.Workshop創(chuàng)浦景觀的設(shè)計(jì)相輔相成、設(shè)計(jì)思想碰創(chuàng)出精彩的火花，建筑/室內(nèi)/景觀
一體化呈現(xiàn)，為更高層次的社區(qū)意識(shí)形態(tài)展現(xiàn)了人們希冀的生活品味，成為了新的時(shí)尚地標(biāo)。
The architectural design of the project is undertaken by Department of ARCHITECTURE from Thailand, which complements the landscape design of T.Workshop and
creates brilliant sparks of design ideas, and the integrated presentation of architecture/interior/landscape builds a number of healthy and diversified creative living scenarios
for the project of Sanguantang, which becomes a new fashionable landmark with a higher level of community ideology to show people's desired living tastes. The project
